Terms

These terms apply when you use sundayinstalment.com, create an account or become a member. They're written to be read. If anything's unclear, email hello@sundayinstalment.com.

Who we are

The Sunday Instalment is run by Hadnum Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Your account

• You need an account to become a member. Keep your password private; your account is for you only.
• Please give us a real email address, so we can send you password resets and receipts.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Membership

• Membership costs £4.99 a month and unlocks every published episode, plus new ones as they're released. Episode 1 of each series is free.
• Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. Stripe takes the payment on the same date each month.
• You can cancel any time from your account. You'll keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If you change your mind within 14 days of first becoming a member, email us and we'll refund your first payment.
• We aim to publish a new episode every Sunday. Occasionally an episode may be late; if we ever stop publishing a series, we'll tell members and stop charging.
• If we change the price, we'll email members at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can decide whether to stay.

Gift memberships

• A gift is a one-off payment for 3, 6 or 12 months of membership. It doesn't renew.
• Each gift code can be used once. If the person already has a membership or gift, the months are added on.
• If you bought a gift that hasn't been redeemed yet, email us within 14 days of buying it for a refund.

The stories

All stories, characters, artwork and other content on The Sunday Instalment belong to us. They're for your own personal reading. Please don't copy, republish, sell, or share your account or the full text of episodes. Sharing a favourite line or two with a link back is very welcome.

All characters and places in these stories are fictional.

Comments and reactions

• Be kind. No abuse, harassment, hate, spam or advertising.
• Comments under an episode are only seen by readers who can read that episode, but please don't post spoilers for episodes that aren't out yet.
• You're responsible for what you post. We may remove comments, or close accounts, that break these rules.

Our responsibility to you

We'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for problems caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and email members. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
